Fianza supports questions around insurance, pension planning, health insurance, financial planning and related topics. The concrete service depends on the agreed mandate or request.
Digital tools, calculators and website content are for orientation and do not replace individual advice.
Cooperation
To work carefully, Fianza needs complete and correct information. Changes relevant to advice or support should be communicated promptly.
Products and third parties
Insurance, pension or financial products are provided by third parties. Fianza cannot guarantee availability, acceptance, premiums, conditions or benefit decisions by those providers.
Comparisons, calculators and content provide orientation and are not an individual recommendation unless explicitly agreed.
Communication
Communication may take place by phone, email, digital channels, video conference or in person. Despite protective measures, electronic communication can involve risks.
Liability
Fianza is liable for direct damages only where caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Changes
Fianza may update these terms. The current version applies unless different rules have been agreed for existing arrangements.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Fianza AG.
